Very disappointing experience at the Swiss Butter Zahle branch. The beef steaks we ordered were extremely chewy and difficult to eat. The salmon was even worse, one side was overcooked and dry, while the other side was cold and still raw. Serving fish in this condition is a serious food safety concern and could potentially put customers’ health at risk. This experience was far from what we expect from Swiss Butter. When we asked to speak with the manager to address the issue, we were told that there was no manager available and, I quote, “he’s gone to get some stuff.” It is unacceptable that no manager was present to handle customer complaints, especially at a restaurant with this reputation. Considering the reputation of Swiss Butter, both the food quality and the way the issue was handled were a major disappointment. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this branch based on my experience.
