Delicious and upscale. I’ve had the chance to dine at great restaurants in New York, Paris, and London, and Seve truly stands out. I hope people appreciate how refined the cuisine is: an amazing blend of Lebanese ingredients with a French approach to cooking. It almost deserves a Michelin star.

Lunch at Seves was an absolute delight. A beautiful fusion of French elegance and Lebanese flavors, served in a stunning setting with truly top-level hospitality. Every dish reflected the passion and precision of the chef-owner, whose attention to ingredients and detail is remarkable. The salad was wonderfully layered—creamy goat cheese, fresh fruits, crisp greens, crunchy nuts, and delicate pastry creating a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The traditional Lebanese fish and rice was rich and aromatic, while the seasoned raw beef was vibrant and incredibly flavorful, awakening the palate with every bite. Missed the Chinese favourite duck 🦆! The only pity! Fresh ingredients, refined execution, and genuine culinary craftsmanship make Seves one of the most memorable dining experiences I’ve had in Lebanon. Highly recommended. 🍷✨
