SALATA - Gemmayzeh

I went down with my friend to try the place as it’s been on my to do list for a while now. Lovely store with a lovely design. However, the food was not up to the standards in my opinion. Way overpriced for the value you’re getting, and the service is not as good either. I wanted something with pasta and tuna, and the waiter said we could have the tuna orzo as it was similar to my craving. However, I wasn’t sure about it and he assured that if it wasn’t to my liking he would change it with no cost. And guess what? It wasn’t to my liking, as it has this weird bitter taste in it. When the feedback was delivered to the waiter, he acted surprised, said nothing and simply vanished. I threw an entire full salad bowl that I ended up paying for. Not that it matters, but I simply hate leaving a food place still feeling hungry after spending 50$ + for 2 people.
