To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report a deeply disappointing and unprofessional experience at your establishment. The issue began with contradictory instructions from your staff(Adrian). One employee kindly seated us at a table, but a 6 minute, a second employee informed us the table was reserved and refused to take our order. Before we could move, This confusion culminated six minutes later when yet *Adrian* a staff member approached us to state that the table was reserved and that we had to leave. This back-and-forth was not only embarrassing but also a waste of our time. As visitors, this incident reflects poorly on your Cafe’s coordination and customer service standards. We expect a basic level of professionalism and clear communication, which was entirely absent. I hope you address this internal coordination issue to prevent other guests from having a similarly frustrating experience. Sincerely, A Disappointed Tourist

A cute spot, love their indoor and outdoor space and also the service
