It has lost its charm; most of the plates are chipped, and the cutlery is questionable.

We were a group of 16 adults and 4 children, and we made our reservation one day in advance. We arrived at the restaurant at 2:15 p.m. and placed our order at 2:30 p.m. The service was extremely poor. The first dish served was the salad, which didn't arrive until 3:30 p.m. After that, the rest of the dishes were brought out about every 30 minutes. We eventually canceled part of our order, but the meat still arrived at 5:00 p.m. The staff explained that many employees had not come to work that Sunday. The manager even told us to come back during the week to see the difference. Unfortunately, that was not an acceptable excuse for such poor service. It was a very disappointing experience, not only for our group but also for many of the other guests. I do not recommend this restaurant, and we will not be returning.

This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. First, the restaurant is in the middle of nowhere, and the road leading to it is extremely rough and not really suitable for regular cars. The meal started off well with the cold mezza, but everything went downhill after that. The hot mezza service was unbelievably slow, there were more than 10 minutes between each dish. It took over an hour just to receive the five hot mezzas. After that, we waited more than 70 additional minutes for the main course. By that point, we had already spent over two hours at the restaurant, mostly just sitting and waiting. We eventually gave up, stood up, and left without ever eating the main course because it had become too late, and we had completely run out of patience. Throughout the evening, we called the waiter multiple times to ask about our food and complain about the delays. Most of the time, we were simply ignored. On the few occasions he did respond, he apologized and said they were busy because there were many customers. While being busy can happen, it's not an excuse for making customers wait over two hours without serving the main course or even providing updates. Overall, terrible organization, unacceptable service, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
