Paul - Hamra

A nice place with simple classy decoeation. The setting is fine. The service is ok. I put 4.0 because food is good. Ingredients are fresh. Everything related to bread is tasty. But the coffee should be inprived or the batch they are using is over roasted.

I really like the Paul brand overall — the food and beverages are consistently good, and I’m a frequent customer. My rating reflects that overall experience with the brand. That said, if I were rating the Bliss branch specifically, it would be a bad review. The vibe at this location fell short — both the manager and supervisor came across as unwelcoming, and the staff were quite loud. Also worth noting: the restroom cleanliness wasn’t up to standard — around 11am, the soap dispenser was already empty.
