We recently visited Momaki in Byblos and had a truly great sushi experience. From the moment we sat down, everything felt clean, welcoming, and well-organized. We came specifically for the sushi rolls, and they did not disappoint. Every roll we ordered was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients — nothing felt old or rushed. What made it even better was watching the chefs prepare everything right in front of us. It’s not every day you get to see your meal being made with such care and precision, and that transparency added a lot to the overall enjoyment. Beyond the food, the team at Momaki really stood out. Every staff member we interacted with was very professional — attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed and kept the space spotless throughout our meal. The atmosphere in Byblos already has its own charm, but Momaki adds to it with a modern, cozy setup that works well for couples, small groups, or even a solo treat. Prices are fair for the quality you get — this isn't fast-food sushi, but rather a well-executed dining experience that feels worth every penny. If you're in Byblos and craving fresh, clean sushi made by professionals who clearly care about what they do, Momaki is an excellent choice. I'll definitely be coming back.
