Misleading Prices – Very Disappointing Experience We ordered several sandwiches from this restaurant based on the prices listed on their website, only to find that the actual bill was significantly higher. The prices on the receipt were much different from what was advertised online: - Classic Beef Burger Website: 515,000 LBP Charged: 695,000 LBP - Famous Mozzarella Chicken Burger Website: 515,000 LBP Charged: 805,000 LBP - 3 Fajita Sandwich Website: 1,400,000 LBP Charged: 2,145,000 LBP In addition, VAT is not included in the listed menu prices, which adds another unexpected charge. While VAT itself isn’t the issue, not including it in already high menu prices feels misleading, especially since almost all food places in Lebanon include it. Here is the total comparison: - Website total: 2,525,000 LBP - Actual bill: 3,815,000 LBP That’s a difference of 1,290,000 LBP (~$15) for the same order. To make matters worse, the food itself was quite average, just normal sandwiches you could easily get elsewhere for much less. Overall, the pricing transparency is the main issue here. Customers should not be surprised by such large differences between the advertised prices and the final bill. Very disappointing experience.

Delicious food, very friendly staff, such a comfortable place to sit with a close friend group.

Eventhought the place was filled to the extreme, our orders were still being fulfilled, and the food was still good. (The fully loaded escalope is insanely good)
