dipndip - City Center

I was very disappointed. I came to enjoy something rich in chocolate, but instead I was served a nearly empty plate. It was a complete disappointment. The experience was a disaster. Improve your service please… The chocolate was only drizzled on top instead of being fully coated, and there was barely any Oreo—just a very small sprinkle.

We were informed at 9:24 that we only have 2 minutes to order and we can't sit anymore. Google closing time is 10:00 pm - actual closing time is 9:26 pm

I deleted an old one star review after revisiting this branch today, and honestly, the staff were very friendly and the service was great! I ordered a Cappuccino to compare it with the one I had last time and who led to the bad review, and I was very satisfied with the presentation and taste! Thank you for taking our reviews seriously and working on always improving your franchise🫶🏻
