Cyrano - Le Coin de L'Apéro

Straight up liars lol. Told us we were 2 spots behind on the waitlist, we went next door for drinks, came back an hour later, and the waitlist magically grew… and we found ourselves another 6 pax behind…. Just spare yourself the effort of lying to people’s faces and tell them there are no bookings possible lol. If that’s not possible, teach all your staff to know the same lies instead of communicating different things (there are just 2 people before you, vs there are 8 people before you) …. Either way, do better than misleading people.

Exceptionally bad service. Hostess seated me, then I waited 10 minutes to be greeted, but only again by the hostess who brought me a menu and apologized. Ordered a $14 drink and 20 minutes later, still waiting for it to be delivered. I asked 10 minutes ago if it was coming and the waiter said of course. Then Crickets. He has t even passed by. A couple was seated next to me, after me and was served immediately. I’ve waited to visit this place for more than a year as I’d heard mixed reviews. Suffice to say, I’ll cancel the drink now and go elsewhere. And not return. Too many really great spots to spend my money in this neighborhood. Well the drink came as I went to cancel. Funny how that works. My vote stays the same. Ciao, Cyrano.
