I honestly don’t know where to start. This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. We came in as a group of four, and the restaurant was almost completely empty. There was only one other couple there, yet there were at least eight staff members working. Naturally, we expected fast and smooth service. That couldn’t have been further from reality. We ordered two crêpes and a blueberry cheesecake. After waiting an unreasonable amount of time with zero updates, they finally brought out two large desserts… that we never ordered. Instead of taking responsibility or even seeming surprised, they just awkwardly removed them. Keep in mind, there were only two tables in the entire place. We continued waiting. Eventually, one of the crêpes arrived. Just one. No explanation. No coordination. Nothing else followed for a long time. Then, after we had already been waiting for about 30 minutes, the waiter casually tells us that the blueberry cheesecake would take another 30 minutes. Why was this not mentioned upfront? Completely unacceptable. At that point, I told them to cancel it. They insisted the second crêpe was “coming in one minute.” When it finally arrived, it was cold. Not slightly warm, not freshly made, just cold. For something that’s supposed to be served hot, that’s inexcusable. To make things worse, the hygiene was just as bad. The restroom floor was covered in water and soap, there was no proper place to throw paper towels, and overall it felt neglected and poorly maintained. Then came the simplest request possible: water. We asked for three bottles, two cold and one room temperature. After waiting another 10 minutes, they brought sparkling water instead. At that point, it honestly felt like they weren’t even listening. What should have been a quick 20-minute dessert stop turned into a frustrating two-hour ordeal filled with delays, mistakes, poor communication, and subpar food. The service was disorganized, the food quality was disappointing, and the overall experience was a complete waste of time. Would not recommend at all!!!!
