Honestly I Really Love Capitole but i think the service is actually quite Horrible especially the Rude Hostess who basically degraded me and my friends for Being late and gave us a table at the end corner literally under a plant poking in my head all night , even though it wasn’t our fault the security took time to let us in. Also the waiters are extremely slow (understaffed) and took time to get us the Menu, Drinks and Bill. As a lebanese person living abroad its a shame to come home and see places this Beautiful treat their customers differently upon age or just status. Lets not forget my friends and I are Dressed better than everyone else (atleast I think so). So To whoever is reading this, Its my advice on what to change as person who traveled the world and his been to places far better than any place in Beirut.

Great atmosphere, nice music and a really good vibe! The service was extremely disappointing. The staff were inattentive and the overall service was far below what we expected. Hopefully , the service will be improved in the future

Worst experience ever. The service was extremely disappointing and far from what we expected. We reserved a table for $100, yet they gave us one of the worst tables, all the way in the back. For that price and with a reservation, we expected much better treatment and consideration. What made the experience even worse was the manager’s attitude, which was very rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, the whole experience was disappointing from beginning to end. Definitely not worth the price or the hype.
