Bab El Hawa

Although the place is full and the service is good, the food, especially grilled meat and shawarma is terrible. Honestly nothing was delicious. We were 9 people and we all shared the same opinion.

Terrible experience. Long wait for the food. More than 1 hour although it is a small restaurant but such an unorganized staff with a super unprofessional unpleasant manager who doesn’t have any sense customer care or service. We waited for 45 minutes to only get the salad plates than another 30 minutes to get a second entrée dish. It was unworth the trip from beirut! Food was average. Portions are small. Never again!
